Membership & recurring billing
Full website access is offered as a €5 monthly membership. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally remains available until the end of the already-paid period, subject to the final approved payment provider’s consumer terms.
Cancellation & refunds
Members must be able to cancel future renewals through the final payment provider or member account. Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, payment-provider rules and whether digital access has already been supplied. Final launch wording will be aligned with the approved provider and operator jurisdiction.
Privacy & reference photos
Reference photos submitted for personalized work are used only to assess and produce the requested project. They are not published or used in the portfolio without explicit permission. Production launch will use private storage, restricted access and a defined deletion schedule; reference images must never be placed in a public web folder.
Custom content rules
Adults 18+ only. No minors or young-looking characters. No non-consensual intimate or deceptive use of a real person. A customer must have the right and consent to use every real-person reference submitted. Illegal or prohibited requests are rejected.
AI-assisted content disclosure
TAJNI KANAL X presents fictional adult characters and AI-assisted visual experiences. Human imagination creates the concepts and stories; modern technology helps bring them to life. Personalized results can vary and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce an inspiration image exactly.
Security & payments
Card data will not be collected or stored directly by TAJNI KANAL X. Checkout will be handled by an approved payment processor suitable for the business model. Member access and private media will be verified server-side; browser-only JavaScript is not treated as a secure paywall.
